Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and use the kdg77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. kdg77 strictly prohibits the use of its services by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be required during the KYC process.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a kdg77 employee, in a capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest with respect to betting outcomes.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register, problem-gambling exclusion list, or equivalent scheme applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and an Indonesian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. kdg77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify kdg77 immediately via the live chat or email support channel. kdg77 reserves the right to suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted.

kdg77 is required, under the terms of its international gaming license and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, to verify the identity, age, and residence of all Players before processing any withdrawal request and, in some cases, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (KTP — Indonesian National ID Card, passport, or SIM driving license).
• A document confirming your residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as directed by the kdg77 Verification Team.
• A bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming your payment method ownership.
• Documentation evidencing the source of funds, where transaction volumes or other risk indicators require it.

kdg77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, without prior notice, and to withhold the processing of withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed to the satisfaction of the Verification Team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All deposits on the kdg77 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated on a specific payment method's instructions page. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though transaction-level caps imposed by individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply.

kdg77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added at kdg77's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of banking system delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this timeframe, you should contact support with your transfer proof of payment (bukti transfer).

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. kdg77 reserves the right to reject deposits made from third-party accounts and to return funds to the originating source. Deposits made from unverified or suspicious sources may trigger an AML investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the full KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no cap on the maximum single withdrawal amount, subject to the Platform's daily and weekly liquidity management limits, which are reviewed periodically and communicated on the Platform's Cashier page.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name. kdg77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

kdg77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for the majority of requests submitted during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or requiring additional verification may take longer. kdg77 does not guarantee a fixed processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory holds.

Prior to requesting a withdrawal, all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be satisfied. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are completed will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds balance only; real-money Balance remains withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.

kdg77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonuses, Cashback promotions, and Referral Bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and are incorporated herein by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the promotion page before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one promotional bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless kdg77 expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds expire upon the date stated on the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• kdg77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses — through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
• Wagering on certain game categories (typically table games at low house edge) may count at a reduced rate or not at all towards satisfying bonus wagering requirements. These exclusions are stated on the relevant promotion page.

Specific betting rules applicable to each product category — sports betting (including bandar bola football bookmaking, mix parlay multi-leg accumulators, and Asian handicap markets), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor slot games, and crash games — are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. Those rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all kdg77 products:

• All bets are accepted at the odds or payout rates displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. kdg77 is not obligated to honor bets placed at clearly erroneous or "palpable error" odds, and reserves the right to void such bets.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• kdg77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, event, or game without prior notice.
• Bet settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for domestic football, FIFA for international competitions). In the absence of an official result, kdg77's determination is final.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting bet placement or settlement, kdg77 will investigate and may void affected bets at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kdg77 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without their explicit and documented consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with kdg77.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, scalping, or any systematic strategy that exploits pricing discrepancies or promotional structures for guaranteed profit without genuine recreational intent.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, depositing proceeds of criminal activity, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of bugs will result in the forfeiture of any gains derived therefrom.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards kdg77 staff or other players.

kdg77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without providing reasons to the Account holder, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• An ongoing KYC or AML investigation.
• Suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, kdg77 will endeavor to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player. Where an Account is permanently closed for cause (e.g., confirmed fraud), any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Balance held will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable due diligence checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kdg77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the Player.
• Unauthorized access to your Account caused by your own failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

In all cases where kdg77 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits kdg77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the kdg77 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game content, is the exclusive property of kdg77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of kdg77. Unauthorized use of kdg77's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Your use of the kdg77 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

kdg77 collects personal data including identity documents, contact information, transaction records, and usage data solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, fulfilling its KYC and AML obligations, personalizing your experience, and communicating with you about your Account. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

kdg77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We offer a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account dashboard.

Players who request self-exclusion will be removed from the Platform and will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the exclusion period. kdg77 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, though we cannot guarantee that Players will be prevented from accessing the Platform via undisclosed devices or third-party applications.

kdg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and/or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kdg77 holds its international gaming license (the "Licensing Jurisdiction"). This choice of law applies to the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Terms, irrespective of any conflict-of-laws principles that might otherwise apply.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and kdg77 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in the Licensing Jurisdiction under the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents kdg77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
